TNR’s Team at The 2014 CTC Golf Classic

ast week Tip N Ring had the great pleasure of participating in the 2014 Continental Title Company Golf Classic Benefiting Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. It was a perfect day for golf; you couldn’t have asked better weather. TNR was honored to be able to support such a great local charity by sponsoring a hole as well as a 4 person team of our finest golf athletes!

The tournament was an 18 hole scramble at Hillcrest Golf Club and was the 9th Annual Golf Classic organized by our customer and great friends at Continental Title Company. The proceeds of this event go to support Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics, and for the last 4 years have specifically gone to fund the CMH Family Time Cart Program which travels from floor to floor providing parents and family members with snacks and refreshments.

While our team did not win in golf, they had a great time and the whole community wins with the donations that this event brought in. Besides the hole and team sponsorship, the teams had opportunities to donate more at many of the holes. Our favorite example here at the office, was the hole where men paid to wear skirts so that they could tee off from the women’s tee box – and we have the pictures!
