VM PRO- The Avaya IP Office has an internal clock that will adjust your time automatically. If your phone system does not change the time please contact your customer care team for assistance.
EMBEDDED VM- There should be an Admin button set up on one phone in your office; usually your system administrator’s phone. Press Admin and follow prompts to change time.

This System Programming procedure sets the time that appears on system display phones.
Enter the time in 24-hour notation. In this scheme, the hours of the day are 0000 (12 midnight) to 2359 (11:59 p.m.). Since each time must have four digits, use leading zeros when necessary. For example, to set the time to 9:00 a.m., enter 0900. For 4:45 p.m., enter 1645.
The time appears on system display phones as a.m. or p.m. (not in 24-hour notation).
To change the System Time using a display phone at extension 10 or 11:
Press Feature 00. Press System Program (Left Intercom button). Press System Program (Left Intercom button). Press # 103. Enter the time in 24-hour notation. For example, to set the time to 2:15p.m., press 1415. A display similar to the following appears:
System Time Data 1415 Note: The time will appear on system display phones as 2:15p.
Select another procedure or press Feature 00 to exit programming mode.

Press Feature # * and enter in your password. (Default password ########).
Press Show and enter 08 14.
Press Save then Show.
The option to change the Year will appear. If you do not need to change the year, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the year and press Save then Next.
The option to change the Month will appear. If you do not need to change the month, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the month and press Save then Next.
The option to change the Hour will appear. Press Chg and enter in two digits for the hour in military format. Press Save then Next.
The option to change the Minutes will appear. Press Chg and enter in two digits for the minutes and press Save.
Press the On/Off (SPK) to take the phone out of programming mode
The option to change the Day will appear. If you do not need to change the date, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the date and press Save then Next.
The option to change the Weekday will appear. If you do not need to change the weekday, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, to select the weekday, and press Next.
The option to change the Hour will appear. Press Chg and enter in two digits for the hour in military format. Press Save then Next.
The option to change the Minutes will appear. Press Chg and enter in two digits for the minutes and press Save.
Press the On/Off (SPK) to take the phone out of programming mode.

From the main operator phone:
Press TRANS/PRG *# for Admin Programming.
Press TRANS/PRG 178 for Time/Date
Press FLEX1 (top left of programmable keys)
Dial (4) digits for 24-hour time (ex. 1400 for 2pm)
Press HOLD/SAVE
Pick up handset and hang up.

Press the FEATURE key followed by **8463
Press 266344 on the dial pad buttons to enter the DEFAULT password.
Your password MAY BE DIFFERENT!
The display will show the following options:
Select CHANGE – the display will show the following options:
Use the dial pad buttons to enter the hour.
You must use two digits for all hours (i.e. “08″ for 8 o’clock).
You will be prompted to enter AM or PM.
Select CHANGE and OK to choose PM.
After you have entered the hours, select NEXT.
The display will show minutes as 00.
Use the dial pad buttons to enter the minutes.
If you are just changing the time, press the RELEASE (RLS) button to end your session.
The time will be changed and the date will remain the same.
If you want to change the date, select NEXT.
The display will show 99 as the year.
Using two digits, enter the year using the dial pad buttons (i.e. “05″ for 2005).
Select NEXT, and repeat to change the month and the day.
Once you have entered the day, press the RELEASE (RLS) key to end your session.
This will save the changed time and date.

Enter password “23456″ (ADMIN) or “72787″ (SCPLUS).
You will see “Terminals & Sets”.
Press “Next” five times.
Press “Show”
When you see “Hour”, press “Change” or “Next” to skip.
Type in the hour using military time as a 2 digit number.
Press “Next”.
When you see “Minutes”, press “Change” or “Next” to skip.
Type in the minutes using a 2 digit number.
Press “Next”.

Enter programming mode by pressing “PROGRAM” button then “STAR” button twice, followed by 1, 2, 3, 4
Enter program “000″ and press Enter
Press “SPEAKER” button two times, you will see the time.
Enter the correct hour.
Press “FORWARD/DND” button to advance to the minute selection
Enter the correct minutes (if necessary to update).
Press “FORWARD/DND” button to advance to the AM/PM selection.
Press “MUTE” button to select AM or PM (if necessary to change).
Press “STORE” button
Lift and replace handset to exit the programming mode.
This will change the time for all of the phones on your phone
